I provide administration support on every level including onsite and remotely.

- Attend and take Minutes at Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Committee meetings

- Organising group meetings

- Document formatting

- Copy typing direct from hand written notes or hardcopy documents

- Diary management including organising meetings and appointments

- Making travel arrangements

- Liaising with suppliers and contractors

- Meeting and greeting visitors

- Organising documents and receipts

- Taking phone calls and enquiries and when appropriate, following up the requests

- Following up on debtors
